Location: Throughout Türkiye
Event: Large demonstrations related to events in Israel and the Palestinian Territories are expected throughout Türkiye, including at mosques, universities, diplomatic facilities, and public squares from Friday through Sunday (13-15 October). Any gathering or demonstration, even those intended to be peaceful, could escalate and turn confrontational.
Actions to Take:
- Avoid areas around protests and demonstrations.
- Avoid crowds.
- Keep a low profile.
- Be aware of your surroundings.
- Monitor local media for updates.
