Ambassador Jeffry L. Flake hosted a reception on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at his residence in Ankara to honor Women’s History Month, and Dr. Zakira Hekmat and Canan Güllü, who were awarded respectively for the years 2023 and 2021 as “International Women of Courage.”
