Location:  Beyoglu and Kadikoy Districts in Istanbul

Event: According to media reports,  LGBTQI+ groups in Istanbul will demonstrate in honor of Pride month on Sunday, June 26 in the Beyoglu and Kadikoy districts.  ​Authorities have deemed this demonstration illegal. U.S. citizens should avoid protests and demonstrations, which may become unpredictable and could become violent.
