Location: U.S. Consulate General Istanbul
Event: The Turkish National Police (TNP) has informed U.S. Consulate General Istanbul about a scheduled gathering outside the Consulate on Wednesday July 26 at 11 a.m. to protest U.S. policies. While we do not anticipate any threat of violence from the protest, the TNP will be limiting vehicle traffic on the street in front of the Consulate. The Consular Section will still be open for scheduled services, but vehicle traffic will be restricted.
