Emergency Message for U.S. Citizens: Ongoing Security Incident Near the U.S. Embassy

U.S. Embassy Ankara advises U.S. citizens that there is an ongoing security incident near the U.S. Embassy.  All U.S. citizens should avoid the area near the U.S. Embassy compound until further notice.  Personnel at the Embassy have been advised to remain there until they receive further instructions.
