On January 11th, U.S. Ambassador to Turkey John Bass met with a group of Yale University students at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara. The students are on a visit to Turkey to learn more about the recent Syrian refugee crisis. The Ambassador answered their questions and detailed how Turkey and the U.S. are committed to working together on such issues. The students also met with representatives from the Embassy sections covering politics, public outreach, and the refugee crisis. The students will continue their visit in Turkey, and are set to have meetings with a range of Turkish interlocutors on the same topic.
